Before you read further make sure you are caught up on day ONE and TWO of the challenge.
Day three of the self #loveinpinkchallenge is really quite simple.
How many times a day do you look in a mirror? And when you look in the mirror are you ONLY appreciating the beauty that you see? DO you see beauty?
When you look in the mirror you should be able to speak life into the person you see looking back at you.
So here’s a challenge that can carry on from the moment you read this through each and every day that you pass by your sight in a mirror.
Look in the mirror and affirm yourself the following :
Tell yourself you are beautiful.
Tell yourself you are loved.
Tell yourself your existence is purposeful.
Tell yourself you are wise.
Tell yourself your amazingly powerful.
As long as you continue to affirm YOURSELF daily no one else should have the ability to use their words to break you down or make you feel less than.
Your are the provider of your own happiness.
Use your words to conquer and take control of your day.
