14 Days of Self Love Challenge/Day Fourteen “To: My Younger Self”

We made it to the end!

Be proud, you just went the extra mile for yourself. That takes a form of commitment to one’s self to see a “self love challenge” all the way to the end.

So to end our challenge we have one more writing exercise.

At this point in our lives we have seen a lot about life, and love and people. And if you’re doing this thing called life correctly…you are learning something along the way.

So think back to your younger self..you pick the age, but make it be a period where you had several experiences that stood out.

What would you do differently if anything? What do you know now, you wish you would have known back then?

Allowing ourselves to be able to “vent” out our lessons in life we are in a sense being able to close that chapter of our lives and feel a little more control over it. So use this challenge as a type of self therapeutic exercise.

Be honest with yourself and open.

Tell that person everything they need to know.

Happy Day Fourteen!

Bloggers: Your writing prompt is to invite your audience to do this same exercise along with you.

Let’s get these love letters complete!

Until next time,

Peace & Blessings
