So today’s day of manifesting will be short and sweet and all about the glow up!
Yes ladies that glow up that we speak so highly of. The process of accomplishing an incredible transformation both internally and sometimes even externally.
This is where we successfully go from one point or level of our lives to another and we and anyone else around us can can positively see the change in our lives.
Essentially this can happen from an array of different things but in order to accomplish this we must have a clear understanding of what needs to change.
This needs to happen so that as we work to manifest all the things that we need in order to “glow up” we can be very specific about what we are asking the universe for.
Manifesting your glow up won’t look like anyone else’s even if you are wanting the same things out of life. This is because every one of us as individuals have an internal process to phase through where we begin to think about things differently and we begin to have higher standards for certain aspects of our life and so the results of each of these processes are different.
Your glow up could require you to take some time alone to meditate and reflect, or on the contrary it may suggest that you need to invest time in speaking with someone such as a life coach or therapist.
Whatever you need don’t hold back on obtaining it.
It’s also very important to remember that fundamentally a glow up happens internally FIRST!
When you begin to see that your current circumstances in life can be leveled up by the state of mind you decide to place yourself in and you have an understanding that life is all about what you make it and how you maneuver through it. It’s not about comparing or competing. It’s about you going on a journey to find what YOU need to do and be better…that’s the real glow up.
