•Gratitude journaling: If you’re reading this, you woke up didn’t you! That’s something to celebrate. But you know the little things like “I’m grateful for my bed, my peace, and the fact that I didn’t respond to that messy text last night.”

•Hydration: Your body is 70% water. Act like it.

•Mirror affirmations: “I am worthy of love, success, and uninterrupted coffee time.”

•Stretching or dancing: Bonus points if it’s to Beyoncé, Megan, or whoever gets your vibe right.

Silence: Yes. Actual silence. My personal fave. (The group chat can wait.)
