31 Days of Manifestations for the New Year/Day 9: Manifesting Your Confidence

We have all heard the saying that “confidence is key” right…we have heard that we should be confident in ourselves no matter what, and this is true.

To have self confidence is to have the trust in yourself that you are good enough, you are worthy, and your value is priceless.

Self confidence is a level of thinking highly of yourself and not allowing negative thoughts of your own or anyone else to taint that way of thinking.

The thing is however, sometimes we fall short of the self confidence we should have due to outside factors such as what we see in society on a day to day basis, social media poisoning, and what we allow others to plant in our minds or how we handle certain situations.

A big part of self confidence is having the courage to believe in ourselves in whatever situation we may be in or having the courage to place a high value on what we do and what we are capable of adding to this world.

If you missed our previous entry about manifesting courage you can find it here Day 8 : Calling on Your Courage

What about that idea of a person being overly aggressive in their confidence? Can a person ever be TOO self confident?

Does being highly self confident constitute something negative or positive in your eyes?

I would say the answer to that question is no. There should never be a limit on how highly you think of yourself, it’s just all in how you carry it.

No one should have to be told to minimize their own confidence level but it should never be so high that you begin to look down on others and you should never have to compare yourself to another person in order to feel confident.

Confidence can speak volumes without you ever saying a word.

Manifesting your confidence may not be something that every person has to do but if you do find that you struggle on days or periods in your life where you lack it, manifesting it into your life as a consistent and normalized attribute is something that can be done in a healthy, healing way.

Start by thinking of how you feel you lack self confidence because for some, it may have nothing to do with anything physically related.

You may lack the self confidence you need order to start a certain venture you have been wanting to start, or going after a certain type of job or building a business you have always thought about.

A person could lack self confidence in a sense that they hold themselves back from saying a lot of things that are on their mind to say and they end up being taking advantage of or find themselves in situations that aren’t ideal.

Whatever the reason you may have for feeling lower in your self confidence level take that idea and begin to work on removing it from your mind.

Do this by speaking life into yourself and affirming the self confidence your desire.

Here are a few manifestation affirmations you can use for bringing that confidence into your life…

I am worthy and deserving of all good things coming in my life.

Feeling good about myself is normal and comes to me naturally.

Each day I am becoming more confident and there is nothing that I can’t overcome.

I release negative self talk and invite in positivity.

These are just a few among the many, many affirmations you can begin to incorporate into your life and be encouraged to speak these each time you look at yourself in the mirror.

Remember that manifesting self confidence is about the internal work you do daily that naturally pours out of you externally, it doesn’t have to forced out of you to exist.

No one else should ever have the power to make you feel like you aren’t good enough because the power you have within is so much stronger.

Another very important thing to understand about manifesting self confidence is that in order to do this you must actually feel good. And while I mentioned that lacking self confidence doesn’t necessarily have to do with the physicality of your life you do have to put yourself in spaces where you actually feel good.

This could mean leveling up your self care routine.

What things do you love to do? What makes you feel good in the moment when it is happening? How do you take care of yourself regularly?

Whatever the answer is to those questions, DO MORE OF THAT!

Last but not least, just trust in yourself. Whatever the case may be trust that who you are is enough for any situation and what you do on a daily or regular basis and who you allow to expose your energy to can either amplify or damage your self confidence so always be protective of your space and know that you are in control of your life…what you want is what you can have.

Until next time my lovelies.

Peace & Blessings
