31 Days of Manifestations for the New Year/ Days 25-31: Manifesting Your Mindfulness

When we look up the definition of Mindfulness Oxford Language will offer this: a mental state achieved by focusing one’s awareness on the present moment, while calmly acknowledging and accepting one’s feelings, thoughts, and bodily sensations, used as a therapeutic technique.

So as I close out our 31 day journey I wanted to put all emphasis of the last week on the most important part of manifesting anything…your mindfulness.

To manifest mindfulness would mean to put the necessary energy into being aware of what you are thinking, responding and reacting to, exposing yourself to and what you are speaking of.

Let’s break that down…

What are you thinking? One of the easiest things to do is let your mind wander. You could be thinking of all the whys, the what if’s and the when and very easily place yourself in a negative space of the unknown. So when you begin to focus on manifesting your mindfulness be aware of your thoughts and stay as positive and optimistic as you can. For all the things you wish to bring into your life, thinking negatively will only delay their arrival.

What are you responding and reacting to? Not everything deserves your attention and for all the things that you do choose to respond to, take a moment before you do and ask yourself is it worth it? Is this worth my time and is this worth my energy? What will my response do for the situation and will this help or hinder me? What good is my reaction to this going to bring? How much power am I willing to give to this? Honestly assess every situation before you respond and react and make sure that you have valid reasoning.

What are you exposing yourself to? It’s very important that during your journey with manifesting and honestly just life in general you are aware of what you are exposing your own energy to. It can be easy to retain energy that we don’t necessarily see as a threat but in the long run can see how they have impacted us. For example, who we choose to spend time with or what we choose to watch on television. Picking up the habits and energy of unmotivated or negative people can be something that we subconsciously pick up if we expose ourselves to it long enough. A person that always has a vibe that is angry or bitter can have the ability to share that vibe with us. Surrounding yourself with well balanced, positive and vibrant individuals is something that we can be mindful and intentional about doing.

What are you speaking of? This is a big one because our words have power and what we choose to speak is the most important part of manifestation. You can’t have a desire to manifest success and abundance yet you are constantly speaking of how broke or unhappy you are. Be mindful of your words and use them as your sources of positivity. Take into account that what you speak will somehow manifest and eliminate that which does not bring good, out of your vocabulary. Always use your affirmations and understand the weight that they carry. So here are the final affirmations of our 31 day journey for manifesting mindfulness:

I am aware of my power.

I am choosing to be mindful of my words and my actions.

My words bring me success.

My positive thinking brings me that which I desire.

I am living in my happiness.

My surroundings are bringing me positive energy.

My thoughts are powerful, and I use them to manifest successfully.

Be confident in knowing that as a woman you are a beautiful and powerful human being and you have the ability to manifest anything your heart desires.

So go back on this manifestation journey and start from day 1 and really be serious about the desires of your heart. With positivity, consistency and mindfulness you can have anything you set your mind to.

Until next time my lovelies.

Peace & Blessings
