So did you know we can actually manifest peace?
YES Sis! Peace of mind is a necessity not a luxury but the cost is priceless.
While I think we can all agree that 2020 has been a hell of a year, it still hasn’t been all bad, it’s just had it’s share of very unfortunate, life altering events but we somehow manage to push through.
I do think it’s safe to say however, if you’re reading this right now you are blessed just to be alive because unfortunately that’s something that can uncontrollably and unexpectedly be taken away from us right?
So with that being said, I want to walk us into our next manifestation for next year: peace of mind.
Oh how we need this.
We need this like we need air to breathe because our very own peace of mind or lack thereof is what stirs things within us.
It’s what helps us sleep at night, it’s what helps us be okay with certain things that happen in our lives that we have no control over. So if you aren’t accounting for your peace, then it can definitely be depleted and sometimes without you even realizing what’s happening.
What you expose your mind to has to be protected. This is because as humans with human emotions we are liable to take in the energy of forces that aren’t helping us but ultimately are hurting us.
So as a practice, I want you to consciously take a look at yourself very closely for one week and examine all the times you got angry, all the times you felt sad, all the times you responded to something that honestly just didn’t serve you.
I want you to examine these things because I want you to realize how much of your peace you are compromising at your OWN expense.
Like there are really just a lot of things that we have to do better with and protecting our peace is one of them.
The accountability we take after this week of examination should make you realize that a lot of the BS you stress about could really be avoided.
Now I’m not saying that every single thing that happens is something you can just look the other way at but I am saying that it’s a huge possibility that a lot of these things could have been handled more conducive to you elevating yourself rather than you stooping to a level that only brought you and your inner peace down.
Not all things deserve your attention. Not all things deserve your time. The moment you begin to realize this and actually start living by a life practice of being overprotective of your peace, will be the moment you will begin to have a different outlook on life.
The truth of the matter is, that we ALLOW a lot of turmoil to enter into our lives. We do this by the conversations we have, the people we entertain, the relationships we occupy, the jobs we spend the majority of our time at, and the response we CHOOSE to make to all of them.
I know you may not want to hear that you are causing yourself a lot of stress in your life, but I’m here to be as honest and forthcoming as possible with a mission to help uplift you.
Daily practice of protecting your peace can lead to positive life changes.
You will begin to see life through a lens that will show you how beautiful it can be if you take control of it.
So, our day 2 manifestation affirmation is as follows…
I am willing to be at peace with myself, and everyone else.
Peace is a choice and you can either lead each of your days making the conscious decision that you will not become victim to the things that are coming attempting to hunt it down, or you will allow it to be attacked.
Waking up each day is something to be grateful for, for the gift you have been given, and for every second that we allow something to come and disrupt our peace is a second of that gift being stolen.
I hope that this makes you take a close look at each of your days a little differently and prompts you to at all costs…protect your peace Sis.
